Chapter 16 cover — AI Chat

30-second summary

AI Chat is the in-app chat room for questions and answers about the market — type a short question and the AI summarizes an analysis for you to read right away

It opens two ways: the AI star button on the header bar of every page, and the floating button on the home page. You can ask in Thai, English, Chinese, Lao and Vietnamese

New installs get 30 days of unlimited use; after that usage follows quotas by member tier, starting at 10 messages a day

What is on this screen

What is AI Chat

An AI-powered forex and gold analysis system that replies inside the app instantly — use it to ask about support, resistance, or a summary of today's overall market

AI star button sits on the header bar of every page in the app; whatever you want to ask, tap it right there without leaving the page you are viewing

AI floating button pops up on the home page and does the same job as the star button — just opened the app and want a quick answer? Tap here

Pair selector sits on the chat page and sets which pair you are asking about — 6 pairs to choose from, from gold XAUUSD all the way to bitcoin and ethereum

Real-time price shows in the top-right corner of the chat page: a green dot means the price feed is online, an orange dot means offline

3 quick chips sit above the input box — one tap and the AI knows what kind of answer you want, no typing needed

Question input sits at the very bottom; type in Thai and the system detects the language automatically

Trash button clears the entire chat history, while the expand/collapse button makes the chat screen full-screen or shrinks it back as you prefer

How to open AI Chat — two options

The first way is the AI star button on the header bar, usable on every page of the app — say you are watching the gold price and a question comes up; tap the star and ask right away

The second way is the AI floating button on the home page — one tap opens the chat page instantly, right for the moment you have just opened the app and want to scan the market first

Both routes land on the same screen; use whichever one fits the page you are on at that moment

Asking the AI step by step

1

Tap the AI star button on the app's header bar and the chat window opens immediately

2

If you are on the home page, you can use the AI floating button instead — the result is the same

Step 2 — the AI floating button on the home page, the second way in
3

Tap the pair selector and pick the pair to ask about, e.g. XAUUSD, then check the real-time price in the top-right corner to confirm the feed is still online

Step 3 — choose a pair from the 6-pair list before asking
4

You can try tapping a quick chip first, e.g. short gold analysis, or skip ahead and type your own question — both are within the rules

Step 4 — the 3 quick chips; one tap and you are asking the AI instantly
5

Type your question in the box at the bottom, e.g. where are today's gold support and resistance, then hit send

Step 5 — just type your question in Thai, then hit send
6

Wait a moment and the AI summarizes an analysis into the chat; once you finish reading you can keep asking, because the conversation carries on continuously

7

Want the AI to look at a chart? Go to the chart page first (taught in Chapter 4), then tap the explain-chart button — the details are in the Vision section below

Step 7 — from the chart page, tap the explain-chart button to send the image to the AI
8

When you are done, tap the trash button to clear the history and start a fresh conversation, and use the expand/collapse button to size the screen to your hand

Quick chips — ask in a hurry without typing

The first chip is short gold analysis — like telling the teacher "summarize today's gold for me"; the AI answers concisely, done reading in a few seconds

The second chip is detailed — for days when you have time and want the full analysis with the supporting reasoning

The third chip is find gold entries — let the AI help look for entry timing, then you open the chart to confirm once more before deciding

All three buttons apply to the pair selected above; tap once and the answer comes instantly — you do not have to type a single letter

Vision — send a chart for the AI to explain

Normally we ask the AI in text, but Vision does more: it sends a real chart image for the AI to look at

To use it, open the chart page you learned in Chapter 4 and tap the explain chart button; the app captures that chart and sends it to the AI automatically

The analysis appears on the AI chat page — the AI reads support, resistance and trend from the very same image you are looking at

You can follow up on the analysis right away, e.g. if price breaks below this support, which zone should I watch next?

One more reminder

The analysis from Vision is educational information; the buy and sell decision is always ours

Member tiers and AI quotas

TierAI Chat quota per dayCondition

GoldUnlimitedTrading volume with XM ≥ 20 Lots/month (partner terms — details on the FAQ page)

The quota counts the messages you send to the AI each day; the tier rises with the account's monthly trading volume (do not trade more just to earn quota — trade according to your own plan)

Numbers you need to know

6 pairs you can ask about: XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, BTCUSD and ETHUSD

3 quick chips and 5 supported languages — Thai, English, Chinese, Lao and Vietnamese — with automatic language detection

30 days of unlimited trial; after that Demo gets 10 messages a day, Free 50, and Silver 100

Frequently asked questions

Is AI Chat free to use

Yes — the 30-day trial is unlimited; after that usage follows your member tier's quota, starting at Demo with 10 messages a day and Free with 50 messages a day

Does the AI give investment advice

No — the AI provides educational information only, not investment advice; users must make the decision themselves

Can I ask in Thai

Yes — 5 languages are supported: Thai, English, Chinese, Lao and Vietnamese, with automatic language detection

Which pairs can I ask about

You can ask about 6 pairs: XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, BTCUSD and ETHUSD — pick them from the pair selector on the chat page

How do I start a new conversation

Tap the trash button on the chat page to clear the entire history, then start asking again right away

Tips from Teacher Bom

One: ask specifically — always name the pair and the timeframe, e.g. XAUUSD on the hourly chart, where are support and resistance? The sharper the question, the more on-point the answer

Two: start short, then go deep — tap a quick chip and read the short answer first, then drill down with follow-up questions; it saves both quota and time

Three: Vision before entering a trade — send the current chart so the AI can check support and resistance, then confirm against the AI signals you learned in Chapter 5

Four: never forget who decides — the AI is a learning assistant, not the decision maker; I still cap my risk at 1 percent per trade

Ask the AI clearly, check the chart often, and decide by yourself — these three things are how you keep AI working alongside you for the long run
