TL;DR

  • Hedge x1/x2/x3 · Open opposite side to lock in loss · x2/x3 multiply lot size by level
  • Hedge AutoCut · Auto-close hedge when net profit reaches target USD
  • Sword Grid · Place orders in layers at set pip intervals
  • Grid Panel · UI showing grid positions · Adjust TP/SL · Close entire group with one click
  • Ready to use = Understand margin · Demo for 30 days · Sufficient capital
  • Not ready yet = Use single-side buttons + Auto SL first

When to Use This Feature

Use Hedge x1 when facing a strong adverse swing of 100+ points and you don't want to close at a loss yet. Use Hedge x2/x3 only if you understand multiplied exposure. Use Sword Grid during sideways markets with clearly defined price ranges. Use Grid Panel to review all orders before closing. Avoid grids during major news events.

Pro Tip · Mr. Bom

I use hedge sparingly. Mostly when facing a strong adverse swing of 100+ points. I press Hedge x1 to lock in the loss, then wait for the market to reverse direction before closing. I don't recommend grids for beginners. You must understand margin calls first. For Sword Grid, I set Hedge_AutoCut_Target at +50 USD to reduce greed. In live trading, I never use Hedge x2/x3 except on days with extremely low volatility. Beginners should stick to Hedge x1 + AutoCut only — it won't risk the entire account.

FAQ

Q: Is Hedge x2/x3 Martingale?

A: No. Martingale multiplies lot size after every loss. Sword Hedge only multiplies lot size when the trader manually presses the button.

Q: When does Hedge AutoCut close automatically?

A: When net P/L (total Buy + total Sell) reaches the set USD target. For example, at +50 USD it closes both sides.

Q: How many pips should Grid step be set to?

A: For XAU, recommend 80-150 pips. Depends on daily ATR. Use 60-80 for tight sideways ranges.

Q: Can Grid Panel close the entire group?

A: Yes. The Close All button in Grid Panel closes all BUY + SELL orders in the grid simultaneously.
